957 JAMZ is proud to welcome home, our very first personality, Buck Wilde! Although not originally from somewhere as great as our city, he calls Birmingham home, by virtue of the fact that he hung around for SO long.

After we fired him the first time – don’t worry, he’s used to being fired – he came back. And we fired him again! And now, we’re bringing him back for the LAST time (you have to put your foot down at some point.)

After his last “exit” he went to Dallas to work, then Atlanta (you know what happened…) and developed a few other skills, like audio and video production. Buck started his own production company … and finally, there was a company who wouldn’t fire him!

We decided it’d be kinda nice having him around again, so we called him up to see if he’d be interested in coming back. (True story) he said “957 JAMZ is home.” So, 6 days a week from 3-7, your radio will once again be “Buck Wilde.”
