- AdviceExperience: The key is to have experience in the undertones. For example... If they are looking for someone with 1+ years bank experience that doesn't always mean "bank" experience. Have you ever worked retail and ran the cash register? Ever worked in an environment that meant you had to speak to consumers? Well guess what. You're experienced. The trick is to use the skills that you have and maximize them. We sell ourselves short because we haev more experience than we give ourselves credit for. A person that has worked retail has experience in customer service, time management, handling funds, indoor sales and store front presentation. Besides as was previously stated, they will train you. Just show that you are trainable
- Finding EmploymentA-lot of you are just complaining about not having enough experience. What about the people who are out here that may have gotten in trouble only one time in their life and so happen it was a felony. It doesn't matter whether these people have the experience or the educatiion or not they are the ones who really who don't stand a chance at getting the job because so many employers and the people who do the hiring are judging these individual before they even look at their resume or their qualifications.
